My name is Fahad, and I work as a Rig Move Master in the Marine Department. I was born and raised in Dammam, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and I’ve been in the company for 21 years.

I have many duties actually as a Rig Move Master; one is to move offshore oil rigs from one oil field to another.

I work in Saudi Aramco with a small group of professional Masters actually. Working with these guys actually, it’s like working with family.

Saudi Aramco is a self-driven company when it comes to safety. Wherever you go I doubt you’re going to have 10 meters on a wall where you wouldn’t see a poster that says something about safety.

At home, my kids sometimes get annoyed. If I see a certain unsafe action, they feel that I am working sometimes, and I feel the same.
