We are delighted to announce that we have once again been recognized as one of the region’s most attractive companies to work for, as we have been named Best Employer Brand within the MENA region, at the recent LinkedIn 2017 Talent Awards Ceremony. The award has been bestowed on Saudi Aramco for the second consecutive year.

The LinkedIn Talent Awards evening is an exclusive event, gathering executives from leading companies in the Middle East and North Africa. The awards recognize and acknowledge LinkedIn’s top customers in the MENA region, for the great work and results they’ve achieved throughout the past year.

Winners of the Best Employer Brand award are selected by LinkedIn's insights team who analyze the performance, results, and impact of more than 1000 organizations from the region, utilizing LinkedIn Solutions to find, hire, and retain top talent. The award is based on a company's career page design, creativity, and engagement.

In 2015, Saudi Aramco was also named one of LinkedIn’s top 15 “MENA’s Most InDemand Employers,” and this recent award is further testimony to Saudi Aramco’s commitment to talent development, and being an employer of choice. Staffing Services Representative Eid Biltagi collected the award on behalf of Saudi Aramco at the event held in Dubai, and stated, “Winning this award further validates Saudi Aramco's leadership in the talent sphere. We pride ourselves on our meaningful development in this area, as we firmly believe that talent provides the competitive advantage for our organization.”
